Re-Installing Windows Live Writer to work out the Gremlins Eating my Links

For a couple of months now, I have noticed that the new Windows Live Writer Beta 2 eats my paragraphs and links every now and then. I will write something or embed a link. Then I will hit save or publish and a couple of the most recent items written will permanently disappear.
I can not undo, and the writing is lost forever.
For example, I was writing an article about Tampa real estate on a different site. I embedded the hyperlink on the keywords ‘Tampa real estate’ and when I published the article, the embedded hyperlink just disappeared, leaving me with nothing but the plain text ‘Tampa real estate’.
I saw a similar issue with an image that I was trying to embed at the end of a post (I’m actually trying it here too, to see if there is any difference with this blog verses other blogs.)
So as a result, I’m going to try and reinstall Windows Live Writer. There has not been an update, I just want to see if a fresh install will take better.
