Here’s a little thing in the upgrade layout that I think will go a long way to helping remove confusion. These little tips on posting from mobile devices or email, I think will help a lot more people get even more out of the mobile experience at Utterz.
I really like the ability to update a title with an email. So I can now call in and leave a voice Utterz, then send a quick text message with the title for that Utterz. Very cool. I know there’s lots of big things here too, but the attention to little details will keep new user frustration levels down, while people are wowed by the whiz bang stuff too!

I suppose that there is something to be said for whiz bang stuff, if we were talking about plastic surgery, these items would be akin to the best anti wrinkle cream on the market as compared to say a boob job. The latter is going to get a lot of attention, but the former can have a more subtle and almost as powerful impact.
