I have to say that my ver 11 hangs/crashes a great deal and as you have found when re starting it has saved the day by giving you the opportunity to carry on. When I got the first message asking me to report the problem via the Email page back to base I thought great, I will be getting a note back from support to give me form feedback about the problem. After many reports back and some quips from me about lack of support feedback, I gave up!! My problem with Pinnacle Studio 11 is AVCHD. just does not do the job specified and full of problems. I am hoping Ver 12 is an improvement. But I have to pay to get what rightfully mine in Ver 11?? Ian Good to hear your comment on Ver 11.
