Just Installed Windows Live Writer 2.0

I just installed the new version of Windows Live Writer and this is my first post with the upgraded version.
Couple quick points and tests
If you have floating ad boxes in your post and insert a table too soon, the table will write underneath the floating ad boxes.
I can not figure out what, if anything the Keywords box does.

Initially, I seem to be having difficulty finding the items that allow me to add categories on the fly or create a new page as opposed to a post.

Sorry, you need WordPress 2.2 or above to be able to add categories on the fly. And once you upgrade your blog to WP 2.2 you’ll have to go into Windows Live Writer’s Edit Blog Settings dialog and hit Update Account Configuration, and go through the wizard, to get Writer to notice that your blog has been upgraded.
