Stumped by Menus? Get Some Pro Help from AllWebMenus

Putting together great web menus can be extremely challenging

.  There are many things that shaft calibrate when you put together a great menu.  These can include the color or the image that the Web menu is built on, the browsers that the Web menu must support and must support consistently, the layout and the user experience when they utilize them in years.  Then there’s also the cool factor.  You can do a lot of work to build up a Web menu that has excellent functionality but if it does not look cool, it’s not going to help your website and it might even hurt your website if it’s too simple or boring.

About a year ago I came across AllWebMenus.  At the time I think I tried a free trial download and got to work making some web menus.  At the same time, I tried out for their programs that reportedly offer the same benefits and options that AllWebMenus offered.

They software helps you create web menus written in DHTML and JavaScript.  Their software helps you create these types of web menus in the code that goes along with them in a very simple and intuitive process.  You can organize your menus, your submenus, and your submenus of your submenus of your submenus with their software.

And if you need to change a menu from a submenu to main menu, their software makes it very simple to make an update or change.\

Vista Compatible

the software has recently been made Vista compatible with the latest upgrade.  They provide added support such that you can use your tool with your preferred Web design software.  This includes support for Dreamweaver which is my preferred tool, but if you’re just starting off in web design and working in FrontPage they offer FrontPage support as well along with about 40 other HTML and web design programs including Microsoft’s new Expression, the replacement for FrontPage.

I love Dreamweaver, but I’m always surprised when it comes time to make web menus how little support is built into Dreamweaver already.

The Pro version of this product only cost about $45 and you can get a drop-down menu upgrade for a total cost of $99.  Believe me, you will save so much time using this tool you create your web menus that it will rapidly pay for the $45 cost or even the $99 bundled cost.  You could easily spend several days achieving the same advanced menu designs that the software can create in minutes.

These web menus do look excellent, and if you are good enough to design web menus that look this good yourself, then you probably know just how much time you can save with AllWebMenus.

Screen Shots and Examples of Interface and menus

Here are some interface snapshots

First you start out by organizing your pages into a tree like process to identify main menu items and their sub menu components.

Then you can apply an existing theme or build your own theme and apply it.

The software also provides you with tools to help you position the menu system in a browser.

Here are some examples of menus created by AllWebMenus in their own examples.

Top10Tech Upgrade

I to upgrade a top 10 Tech FrontPage face for a while, I think it into Vermont and might even use this tool to improve my own website here top 10 Tech.  Each of the columns are run on Word press and Ajax, but the main site is based on Dreamweaver.  It’s a fairly standard Dreamweaver template that were using and it could definitely use some new polish and groove.
