To activate it in the embed, you need to add a flashvar of allowFullScreen=true. I'm also just noticing that a skin param was included, which didn't have to be. You can make that line: param name="FlashVars" value="mediaId=123&affiliateId=123&allowFullScreen=true" So there's a flashvar and the param you already added (the flashvar flags the player that the embedder has opted in, the param is an Adobe security feature).
